List Tracking responses

GET

/projects/{projectId}/tracking/responses

Returns full responses ordered by collectedAt and responseId in ascending order. Use cursor for subsequent pages. collectedAfter is exclusive. For incremental synchronization, revisit the recommended lookback window and upsert by responseId to capture delayed brand and citation annotations.
